W350i berfitur kamera 1.3 megapixel, FM Radio, Bluetooth, memory internal sebesar 14MB plus Memory Stick Micro 512MB. Hadir dengan tiga pilihan model: Elektrik Black, Ice Blue, Hypnotic Black atau Graphic White.

Untuk laku di pasaran, setiap produk, dalam hal ini handphone, wajib punya keunikan. W350 Walkman Phone ini mengusung tema Simple to use, stylish to carry. Berketebalan hanya 10mm atau 1 cm saja dan berdesain flip yang unik, walkman on top – tombol navigasi yang diletakkan di depan (muka) menjamin kemudahan pengoperasian, Fun music features untuk me-rename lagu dengan TrackIDTM, dan Bluetooth Stereo Streaming untuk mendengarkan musik nirkabel.
